Regulation of Courier Service Activities as a Factor of Improving Traffic Safety
Abstract
One of the most promising sectors within the service industry is the courier delivery sector. Delivery services provided by couriers using electric bicycles and personal mobility devices have gained particular popularity. In their efforts to deliver orders within the established timeframe, couriers frequently violate traffic regulations and pose safety threats to both vehicular traffic and pedestrians. Consequently, the object of this research comprises the social relations that emerge in the process of ensuring the safety of courier activities and courier company operations.
