Artificial Intelligence in the Evaluation of Research and Development Results
Abstract
This article addresses the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the evaluation of research and development (R&D) results. The authors examine contemporary challenges related to enhancing the efficiency and systematization of expert evaluation activities, as well as issues concerning the acceleration of innovation implementation in the transportation sector. The article analyzes existing digital expert systems, their capabilities and limitations, and the prospects for utilizing AI technologies to automate and improve the quality of R&D evaluation. The authors emphasize that integrating AI into expert evaluation processes can reduce time and financial expenditures while enhancing the quality and objectivity of expert conclusions. The practical significance of this research lies in the development of recommendations for improving expert evaluation activities through the integration of modern digital technologies and AI
